Contact Rust Population

One address covers everything: hello@rustpopulation.world.

Email: hello@rustpopulation.world

A server looks wrong in our notes. Most of what we record comes from what the server itself publishes: name, description, tags, wipe schedule and header image. Change it at the source and our next sweep follows within five minutes. If a wipe was missed or a figure stays wrong after that, write to us with the server address as ip:port and what you expected to see.

Advertising. The advertising page sets out what is available. Email us with what you have in mind.

Using the counts. The numbers on the site are free to use in a project. Ask first and we can point you at something more useful than scraping pages.

If you are unsure whether your question belongs here, the about page explains where the counts come from and how often they are taken.

Questions

Q.1How do I get a server listing corrected on Rust Population?

Change the details on the server itself first — name, description, tags, wipe schedule and header image are read from what it publishes, and our next refresh follows within five minutes. If a wipe was missed or a value stays wrong after that, email hello@rustpopulation.world with the address as ip:port and what you expected to see.

Q.2How quickly does Rust Population reply to emails?

We do not promise a reply time. Messages about a wrong server address or a missed wipe are the easiest to check, because we can compare them against the live feed. For anything else, write plainly and we will read it.

Q.3Can I use Rust Population's player counts in my own project?

The numbers on the site are free to use for a project. Ask first at hello@rustpopulation.world, and we can point you at something better than scraping our pages.
