Solo Rust servers, counted live

The live figure sits in the heading above and updates every five minutes; 196 is what we counted on the last sweep. We do not keep a fixed number on this page because servers open, close and change their limit through the day. Anything not in the table failed one of the checks: online, public, group limit 1.

Rust's team system stops working for practical purposes: no invitations, no shared map markers, no team indicators on other players. Chat and building carry on as normal. It does not stop two players from cooperating outside the system, so the limit is a rule as much as a setting.

Because the page filters on that one value. A server only appears if it publishes a group limit of 1, so every row shows the same entry. If you want the wider field, the full server population list includes every group size.

Evenings, and mostly European ones, since that is where most of Rust's players are. Solo servers are smaller than the big team servers, so the quiet hours bite harder: a server with a queue at 19:00 can be nearly empty at 03:00. Our history for each server shows the hourly pattern before you pick.
