Official Rust servers, counted

The 247 in the heading is the live number for this page: every official server showing in Rust's Official tab with players on it, counted together within the last five minutes. It moves through the day, mostly with the European evening. Each row carries its own count and queue, so you can read the total and the busiest few from the same table.

The Official tab is the first place most players look, and regulars know the wipe times. The biggest maps run several hundred slots and still queue when a wipe lands. Joining as soon as the server is back up, or choosing a partner server with the same wipe day and a shorter queue, is the usual way round it. A queue next to a count means the map is full; both are real numbers, not estimates.

On the first Thursday of each month at 19:00 UK time, Facepunch's force wipe returns every map on every server. Beyond that, these servers set their own rhythm. Most wipe on the same weekday every week or two, with Thursday, Monday and Friday the common days. The next-wipe estimate in the table follows what each server has actually been doing.

Mostly. The large majority carry Rust's vanilla tag and state no gather rate, which normally means 1x. A few list themselves as modded, and you can see that in the Tags column. Official describes who runs the server, Facepunch or an approved partner, not whether it has been changed.
